Water Rafting at Source of the Nile:
Rafting or white water rafting is the challenging recreational outdoor activity of using an inflatable raft to navigate a river or other bodies of water. This is usually done on white water or different degrees of rough water, in order to thrill and excite the raft passengers. The adventure of rafting is enough of a draw, but the scenery on this trip is also worth mentioning. The entire voyage downriver, rafters are treated to lush Ugandan scenery and flocks of birds in their pristine habitat. Are you prepared to challenge the Nile? If you prefer to spend more of your time out of the raft that in it, then this is the trip for you.

Fishing in Lake Victoria
The fishing trips are open to all anglers, both the novices and also the more serious fisherman, and can range from half to full day or longer overnight trips for those keener anglers.
Trolling with lures is the method generally used whilst fishing on the lake. All the necessary equipment for Nile perch trolling on the lake is provided, but if anglers wish to bring and use their own tackle, that is fine.
Fishing at Murchison Falls generally involves fishing with live bait or by casting lures; the larger species caught using these methods are Nile Perch and various species of Cat fish. There are many species of smaller fish that are used as live bait such as tiger fish. These can be caught by the spinning method.
Fishing at Murchison is a profound fishing experience and can be extremely exciting. Fishing is either from the river bank or from a boat. Caution must be taken whilst fishing from the bank as Nile crocodiles and hippos are often in abundance on the Nile.
Wildlife safaris game drive in the National Parks:
Uganda has ten gazetted National Parks, as well as a number of Natural Forests and Natural Reserve areas, with a broad range of safaris and wildlife experiences. Among the significant attractions are: the boat – launch trips (in Queen Elizabeth, Murchison Falls, Lake Mburo), natural walks and game drives in any park with private vehicles. Very different from other African countries, “safari” in Uganda means a real closeness to nature, the animals, the people, and the ambience. Safari in Uganda is a unique opportunity of true, direct and uncontaminated wildlife.
Mountain Gorilla Tracking:
Uganda is well known worldwide as home to over half of the world’s population of mountain gorillas. These primates have their natural habitat in the tropical rain forests located in the South West of the country. Gorillas are the main attraction in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, where ten gorilla families are habituated for the tourist visits. Gorilla tracking is the first choice for any visitor travelling to Uganda, as it is an unforgettable and unique experience.
