You are expected to get up early in the morning to prepare since your journey starts from Kigali which is 3-4 hours’ drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park where you will gather to have briefing on the set guidelines for gorilla trekking. You will be picked up by our experiences, professional driver guide in a luxurious and comfortable 4×4 safari car, drive through Chanika border to Kisoro or Katuna border to Kabale then connect to Bwindi National Park.

You will have breakfast during the briefing time which usually starts at 7:00am and you will be at a respective gorilla trekking area as per your gorilla permit. You will be allocated to your gorilla family to track in a group of 8 trekkers and your group will be led by a trained park ranger guide and you will be joined by trackers, porters.
