Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe Airport

Kibale National Park offers refuge to 13 primate species with over 1500 chimpanzees; black and white colobus monkeys, red colobus monkeys, grey cheeked mangabeys, red tailed monkeys, baboons, vervet monkeys and over 350 bird species.

Day 3: Chimpanzee tracking and drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park

After an early morning breakfast, you will gather at Kanyanchu visitor center to be briefed on the chimpanzee tracking guidelines. The actual chimpanzee trek starts at 8:00am and it will last for 2-4 hours and once you find chimpanzees, you have only one hour with them. However, you will also come across other primates, birds and unique flora and many others. Return to the lodge to check out or at Kanyanchu Visitor Center to relax and have lunch before you set off to Queen Elizabeth National Park. A drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park is 2-3 hours in a good and comfortable 4×4 safari vehicle and en-route, enjoy the view of varied wildlife.

Day 4: Morning game drive and launch trip in Queen Elizabeth National Park

Have breakfast early in the morning and later, embark on morning game drive via Kasenyi track in a good and comfortable 4×4 safari vehicle. The game drive along Kasenyi trail gets you amazing sight at varied wildlife species including buffaloes, elephants, leopards, birds, antelopes, lions and others. This will last you about 2-3 hours and after, you will get back to enjoy your lunch. In the afternoon, you will embark on a launch trip along Kazinga Channel which links Lake Edward and Lake George.
